Dashboard

Your command center for listings, payouts, and orders.

Seller Workspace

Everything you need to manage your perfume business in one place.

The dashboard shows Stripe status, revenue, active listings, and pending orders at a glance.

What the dashboard shows

  • Stripe status shows whether payouts are ready or if action is needed.
  • Total estimated revenue tracks cumulative sales performance.

Each listing card in the dashboard gives you direct access to every action you need.

  • Copy your product link or open the QR code for in-person sales.
  • View and manage orders for each listing individually.
  • Edit listing details, images, and pricing from the dashboard whenever you need to.

Selling tools

Product links, seller pages, and QR checkout for in-person perfume selling.

Direct Selling

Sell through your own channels without depending on marketplace traffic.

Every listing creates a shareable checkout link and a seller page. The marketplace adds discovery, but your direct sales remain in your control.

Product link

Each published listing has a unique URL that goes directly to a checkout-ready product page. Share it anywhere — social media, email, your website, or in DMs.

Seller page

Your public seller page displays all your live listings in one place. It functions as a lightweight storefront without requiring any setup beyond publishing listings.

QR checkout

Generate QR codes for markets, studios, pop-ups, or any in-person fragrance sales event.

  • Open a listing from the dashboard and tap the QR code action.
  • Show the code on your phone or print it for your table display.
  • The buyer scans, lands on your secure checkout page, and pays.
  • The sale appears in your dashboard immediately.

Marketplace discovery

Published listings also appear in the CheckoutFirst marketplace where buyers browse by category. Marketplace-discovered sales use a higher fee tier because the platform provided the buyer.

Orders and fulfillment

What happens after a buyer completes checkout.

Post-Purchase

Fulfillment starts the moment a buyer completes checkout.

Orders appear in the dashboard immediately. Physical goods need shipping, digital goods deliver automatically, and services follow your custom instructions.

Order lifecycle

  • Buyer completes Stripe checkout and receives a confirmation page.
  • The order appears in your dashboard with buyer details and line items.
  • Mark physical orders as shipped and add tracking when available.
  • Digital deliveries provide download access automatically after payment.
  • Service orders display the fulfillment guidance you wrote during listing creation.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Inventory is restored for physical goods only if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Partial refunds are supported.
