1. Buyer agreement
These Buyer Terms apply to every purchase made through CheckoutFirst. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Platform role
CheckoutFirst is a commerce platform for perfumers, perfume creators, and specialist sellers. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, product quality, and fulfillment.

Payments are processed through Stripe hosted checkout.
Checkout totals including shipping and taxes are shown before payment.
3. Orders and payments
- Payments are processed through Stripe hosted checkout.
- Checkout totals, including shipping and taxes if applicable, are shown before payment.
- Your order email and receipt are your proof of purchase.
- For carrier-rate listings, real quotes from USPS, UPS, and FedEx are displayed with estimated delivery days before you pay. You choose the service and the cost is included in your checkout total.
- The shipping amount shown at checkout is the final shipping charge. You will not be billed additional shipping costs after your order is placed.
4. Fulfillment expectations
- Physical items: sellers handle shipment timelines and delivery.
- Digital items: sellers provide access according to listing terms.
- Services: sellers define scheduling and delivery format.
- For carrier-rate shipments, a tracking number is generated by EasyPost (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) when the seller purchases the label. You will receive tracking information at that time.
- If a return is authorized by the seller, a prepaid return shipping label will be arranged and emailed to you.
5. Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate payment, shipping, and contact information.
- Review listing details before purchasing.
- Use lawful, non-fraudulent payment behavior.

Some listings involve concentrated fragrance ingredients that require safe handling.
Aroma chemicals, solvents, and other perfume materials may cause irritation or sensitization when mishandled.
6. Safety notice for perfume materials
- Follow listing instructions and applicable Safety Data Sheets.
- Keep materials away from children, pets, heat, and open flame.
- In case of exposure, follow emergency guidance and seek medical care.
Disputes & conduct
Returns, refunds, prohibited behavior, and how to reach support.
Sections 7 – 9
Start with the seller. Escalate to CheckoutFirst if needed.
7. Returns, refunds, and disputes
Return and refund rules follow the listing terms and applicable law. Contact the seller first through your order conversation. If a dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, contact CheckoutFirst support with your order details.
8. Prohibited buyer conduct
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass checkout.
- Harassment, abuse, or threats toward sellers or staff.
- Efforts to obtain goods or services without valid payment.
