CheckoutFirst is a commerce platform for perfumers, perfume creators, and specialist sellers. Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, product quality, and fulfillment.

Disputes & conduct

7. Returns, refunds, and disputes

Return and refund rules follow the listing terms and applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved with the seller, contact CheckoutFirst support with your order details.

8. Prohibited buyer conduct

  • Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass checkout.
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats toward sellers or staff.
  • Efforts to obtain goods or services without valid payment.
