Payments, fees & role terms

How transactions, fees, and role-specific obligations work.

Sections 4 – 6

Fees are channel-based and disclosed before every transaction.

Stripe processes all payments. CheckoutFirst never holds seller funds.

4. Payments, fees, and payouts

Payments are processed through Stripe and related providers. Seller fees are channel-based and may differ between direct and marketplace-discovered transactions. Current fee disclosures shown in product and publishing surfaces govern the transaction.

  • Taxes, duties, and remittance obligations remain the responsibility of the seller.
  • Payout availability may depend on Stripe verification and compliance state.
  • Platform fee policies can change prospectively with updated disclosure.

5. Buyer terms included

Buyers agree to lawful purchasing, valid payment use, accurate order information, dispute standards, and safe handling expectations for perfume-related materials.

6. Seller terms included

Sellers agree to listing accuracy, lawful conduct, restricted-item compliance, fulfillment obligations, customer communication, and payout/compliance requirements.
