If you’re looking for a beautiful beast mode fragrance, this is it.
I discovered this fragrance while traveling in Singapore, where the humidity is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. In that climate, it projects in a controlled, well balanced way; which makes sense, since it was created by a local perfumer to perform beautifully in Singapore’s tropical weather. But here in dry Southern California, it becomes an absolute beast.
It’s rich, woody, resinous, slightly sweet, and deeply atmospheric; with oud, frankincense, vetiver, ambergris, and sandalwood giving it serious depth and presence.
