My inspiration for this fragrance was to recreate a clean, dry, crisp morning that repersents Los Angeles and the surrounding beach cities. Citrus, Sea and dry air were the key catalyst for the ideation of the creation.
Important: The description below is for the final formulation. The bottle that is for sale does not have the pink pepper note added. This was batch was made to test the fragrance without the pepper note. It is essentially the same but without the dry pepper, it lets the green notes play a more dominant role.
A luminous, dry, fresh, spiced composition that opens with a vibrant burst of citrus and pink pepper; Dry, bright, spicy, and immediately energizing. This introduction evolves into a green, airy freshness, evoking the sensation of crushed leaves on hot desert sand. A subtle thread of pink pepper acts as the single line, adding a refined sparkle; softly spicy, never sharp. This is layered with a gentle smokiness that drifts in like a distant haze, giving the scent a quiet depth and intrigue. At its heart, the fragrance becomes more grounded and textured. Smooth woods and dry, slightly leathery nuances create a clean yet structured backbone, while earthy undertones bring a natural warmth that feels both calming and sophisticated. In the dry down, the scent settles into a soft, skin like warmth musky, slightly resinous, and subtly sweet. The overall impression is effortlessly refined: fresh yet complex, airy yet grounded, with a quiet sensuality that lingers close.
